I'm Shayna Alder. I got my start in real estate over 15 years ago working as an assistant to a top-producing real estate agent. I enjoyed the real estate industry so much that I got my real estate license in 2005 and became a real estate broker in 2011.

I am passionate about the real estate industry and have a love for learning. I enjoy sharing the knowledge I've learned working on thousands of transactions with other agents. With an industry that is ever-changing, there is always something new to learn.

As a Certified Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, I will strive to provide you with superior service from the start to finish of your transactions. We have one goal, and that is to relieve you of the burden of managing your transactions, so you can do what you do best.
